We acquire, hold, and lease commercial real estate across Texas and Louisiana — warehouse and industrial space in Houston and Dallas, retail centers and development land in Houma and Broussard, and working ground in between. Every asset is selected to earn its place over a decade, not a quarter.

Founded as a single-owner holding company, Landed I operates without the pressures of outside capital. That independence is the point. It allows us to underwrite with conservative assumptions, structure leases that fit the tenant, and commit to improvements that compound slowly and plainly.
